Susan Kelbaugh

Susan Kelbaugh currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations for North America at Atlassian, focusing on team growth and career development, as well as providing global crisis support. With a rich background in Employee Relations across various regions including APAC, EMEA, and the US, Susan has led initiatives in business reorganizations and performance management. Prior to Atlassian, Susan was an Employee Relations Partner and Human Resources Manager at Stryker, where significant contributions included the launch of corporate HR operations and the development of training programs for new managers. Additionally, Susan's early career included roles in supply chain management at Stryker and supervision at PNC, showcasing a diverse skill set rooted in strong organizational and team management. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Michigan University.
