Jennifer Jacobowitz

Jennifer Jacobowitz is an experienced food scientist with a strong background in quality assurance and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as an Associate Food Scientist at MyFOREST Foods, Jennifer leads shelf life programs, contributes to food safety initiatives, and collaborates on equipment and process validation. Previously, Jennifer worked at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company, where responsibilities included overseeing heavy metal testing and leading shelf life programs for multiple brands. Early career experience includes positions at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida and various internships in product development, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set ranging from formulation to process improvement. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
