Luann Shay

LuAnn Shay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience and healthcare. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Atlatl Advisers since November 2021, LuAnn also operates as an Interior Designer at Shay Chic Design since October 2019. Prior roles include Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS from July 2018 to October 2019 and Physician Assistant Certified at the University of Wisconsin Department of Surgery from 2009 to January 2017, where LuAnn focused on patient care in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Additionally, LuAnn worked at Dean St Marys as a Physician Assistant Certified from 2001 to 2009, providing care and education in a family medicine clinic. LuAnn's early career included a role as Clinical Coordinator at Augsburg College, where responsibilities included securing clinical education for physician assistant students and fostering relationships with clinical sites. LuAnn holds a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant from the University of South Dakota and has a foundational education from the University of Minnesota.
