Ross Fedenia, CFP®, currently serves as the Founding President of Atlatl Advisers since November 2021 and as the Founding Partner of Atlatl Alpha starting in October 2023. Prior to these roles, Ross was the Managing Director at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. from August 2020 to November 2021 and worked as a Financial Advisor at UBS from September 2017 to August 2020. Ross began their financial advisory career at Baird, where Ross served as a Financial Advisor from January 2015 to September 2017. Earlier experiences include working as a Research Analyst at the Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research from 2012 to December 2014 and as a Financial Analyst at Nakoma Capital Management from 2006 to 2011. Ross holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed between 2006 and 2009, and attended the University of Chicago from 2005 to 2006.
