Sr. Program Manager at Atlatl Software

Rich Stacy has worked in the software and healthcare industries for over 20 years. Rich started their career in 1999 as the Director of Engineering at Hill-Rom, where they managed two teams in the development of electronic, software, and mechanical product designs with a $4M budget. In 2007, they joined Kalypso as a Sr. Consultant, leading teams that provided consulting services related to innovation, product development, intellectual property strategy and technology management. In the same year, they also began working at Kimberly-Clark as a R&D Technical Leader, where they updated the product development process and led the development of a resource and portfolio management system. In 2014, they joined Immucor, Inc. as a Sr. Program Manager, managing multiple medical device product development projects from concept to commercialization. Since 2015, they have been working at Atlatl Software as both a Sr. Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager, managing multiple projects and accounts for key business clients, developing proposals for new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver custom software solutions.

Rich Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Duke University, a Master's degree in Education from The Citadel, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of South Carolina. Rich is also certified as an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt by ASQ (obtained in March 2014), a PMP by the Project Management Institute (obtained in October 2004), a Professional Engineer by the South Carolina Dept. of LLR (obtained in January 1988), and a New Product Development Professional by PDMA.
