Benjamen Dees has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Benjamen began their career in 2006 at Vidia Communications as a Field Service Technician/Main Line Technician, where they were responsible for installation and troubleshooting of customer side service, as well as installation and maintenance of main line plant. Benjamen also served as an Office Manager/Field Service Technician and Phone/Internet Service Technician, as well as Community Center/Remote Tech Support. In 2007, they joined AtLink Services LLC, where they held various roles, including Warehouse Operations Director, Warehouse Manager, Inventory Specialist, Network Analyst Tier III, Network Analyst Tier III/Server Administration, Network Specialist, Tech Support, and Inventory Purchasing/Manager. In 2013, they joined Specialty Telecommunications Services LLC, where they served as a Network Analyst Tier III/Server Administration.

Benjamen Dees obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma between 1999 and 2004.
