Paul-Emmanuel Herve is a co-founder and CTO of AtmoCooling, where a focus is placed on transforming coastal deserts into hubs for agriculture, clean energy, and climate resilience through innovative evaporative cooling technology. With previous experience as Founder in Residence at Marble, Paul-Emmanuel developed techno-economic analyses and refined system designs for AtmoCooling, successfully raising pre-seed investment and recruiting key leadership. Prior roles include technology investigation at Atmosphere Tropical Cooling, conducting extensive research on evaporative cooling applications, and serving as a wiring technical leader at Assystem, where leadership in technical teams and cross-functional initiatives was demonstrated. Paul-Emmanuel's engineering education from ISAE-Supméca further supports a foundation in fluid mechanics, thermal transfer, and numerical simulation.
