Tom Hartley

Tom Hartley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and environmental consultancy. Currently serving as Technical Director at Atmos Consulting Ltd since January 2008, Tom has played a pivotal role in transforming the company's GIS offering into a leading business unit, contributing to the development of innovative tools for renewable energy technologies and successfully managing the migration of GIS data to a centralized system. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions related to GIS at various organizations, including GIS Technician at West Coast Energy Ltd and East Lothian Council. Tom's academic background includes a Master's degree in GIS from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Geosciences from the University of St Andrews.
