Britta-Andrea Jurecka

Britta-Andrea Jurecka has extensive work experience in HR and Legal roles. Britta-Andrea currently holds the position of Director HR & Legal, Syndikusrechtsanwältin at ATMOS MedizinTechnik GmbH & Co. KG since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at HEINE Optotechnik as Director HR & Legal from January 2018 to September 2018, Head of Human Resources & Legal Affairs from January 2015 to December 2017, and as Head of Legal Affairs from February 2014 to December 2014. Jurecka also worked at 4SC AG, where they held the position of Head of Legal Affairs from March 2012 to January 2014, Manager Corporate Law & Capital Markets (Inhouse Counsel) from November 2008 to February 2012, and Manager Human Resources (Personalleiterin) from January 2002 to October 2008. Britta-Andrea started their career at Daimler AG as a Rechtsreferendarin in the Bereich Personal- und Arbeitspolitik from April 2001 to November 2001, and also gained experience as a Rechtsreferendarin at Landgericht Baden-Baden from October 1999 to October 2001. Jurecka began their professional journey as an Assistentin der Geschäftsführung at Saarland University, Europa-Institut from February 1997 to September 1999.

Britta-Andrea Jurecka began their education at the Universität des Saarlandes in 1994. Britta-Andrea completed their studies in 1999 and obtained a degree in Volljuristin, with a field of study in 1. und 2. Staatsexamen. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Rechtsanwaltskammer München, where they earned a degree as a Syndikusrechtsanwältin. Currently, they are enrolled at Rechtsanwaltskammer Freiburg pursuing further studies in the same field.
