Andrew Kopelman

Andrew Kopelman currently serves as General Counsel at TriNetX, focusing on the intersection of SaaS technology, healthcare innovation, and data protection to promote the safe use of data. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Medidata Solutions, including Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Counsel, where responsibilities included managing intellectual property and data privacy across multiple product areas. Andrew's legal career also includes positions as an associate at Jenner & Block and Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP, as well as experience as a Lead Developer at Weidlinger. Andrew holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a BS in Chemistry from Carleton College.
