Nicole Ellison, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Nicole is currently employed at Atmosera, where they serve as the Technical Sales Director since March 2022 and also works as the Strategic Alliance Operations. Prior to joining Atmosera, they worked at Epic Charter Schools as Managing Director of College and Career Readiness from March 2018 to March 2022. Nicole gained experience in higher education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Southern Utah University from August 2017 to March 2019. During their tenure at K12, Nicole held multiple roles, including Director Federal Programs from July 2011 to March 2018, where they managed various federal programs and ensured compliance with finance and policy regulations. Nicole also served as the Master Lead Teacher Student Support/ Federal Programs from July 2011 to July 2014, where they provided academic support and created personalized academic plans for virtual students. Nicole started their career as a Multi Age Classroom Teacher at Legacy Christian Academy from July 2009 to July 2010, where they demonstrated effective teaching strategies and maintained high academic standards.

Nicole Ellison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Capella University. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English/Education from Rogers State University. Additionally, Nicole completed a certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ 900 from Microsoft in March 2022 and holds an Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education & English 5th-12th, obtained in January 2019 from OKSDE. Nicole also has certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Results Global Coach Leader Level 2 from Microsoft and Results Coaching Global, LLC, respectively.
