Kamlesh Rath

Kamlesh Rath is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in software and systems development, particularly in communication technologies. Currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Atmosic Technologies, Kamlesh focuses on creating sustainable wireless PAN and IoT devices. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at Eridan, where the emphasis was on power-efficient software-defined radios, and VP Software Engineering at ON Semiconductor, following its acquisition of Quantenna Communications. At Quantenna, Kamlesh led the development of high-performance WiFi chipsets for various markets. Additionally, Kamlesh held key positions at Broadcom, Beceem Communications, Siemens TTB, and Cowave Networks, contributing significantly to LTE technologies and standards. Kamlesh began the academic career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Dallas, after obtaining a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
