Thiagarajan M T has over 20 years of professional experience in software development. In 1999, they began their career as a Guest Teacher in Computer Science at Ansar English School. In 2000, they worked as a Tutor in C++ Programming at Computer Park. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Novax Media Pvt. Ltd. During this time, they gained experience in Object Oriented Programming with C++ and various other technologies. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at MindTree Consulting Ltd as a Project Lead, working with C++ and C# in the domain of Image Processing with DICOM. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Interwoven Software Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Lead, responsible for server enhancements and middleware modifications. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at McAfee Software (India) Pvt Ltd as a Principal Engineer in the Partner Custom section. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at CodeLand InfoSolutions as Chief Technology Officer, engaging in all Technology related activities. Since 2021, they have been working as Vice President of Software Development at atmosol.

Thiagarajan M T completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from MES PONNANI COLLEGE, PONNANI between 1993 and 1995. Thiagarajan then went on to obtain a M C A in Computer Applications from Cochin University of Science and Technology between 1995 and 1999.
