Sudheer Dhulipalla

Sudheer Dhulipalla is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Development at Oracle since May 2021, Dhulipalla oversees engineering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Prior to joining Oracle, Dhulipalla spent 27 years at Microsoft, where roles included Group Engineering Manager for Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Director for various cloud initiatives. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Research Scientist with the Indian Government Research from 1987 to 1991. Dhulipalla holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, respectively.
