Sudheer Dhulipalla

Sudheer Dhulipalla is an experienced software development leader with a robust background in cloud services. As Vice President of Software Development at Oracle from May 2021 to September 2023, Sudheer oversaw engineering at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Prior to this, Sudheer held significant roles at Microsoft for over 11 years, including Group Engineering Manager for Azure Cloud Services and Director for Data Platforms, managing various projects related to hybrid cloud and analytics. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Scientist at the Indian Government Research from September 1987 to August 1991. Sudheer holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, and an MS in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
