Isam Durović

Isam Durović has a diverse work experience, starting in 2021 when they joined AIESEC as a Team Leader of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for market research, account management and CRM, analysis of sales processes, proposing strategies for improvement, and monthly reports on researching sales processes. Isam was also a Team Member of Marketing & PR and a Team Member of Incoming Global Talent. In 2022, Isam joined HireApp as an Operations Specialist and Onboarding Specialist. Finally, in 2023, they became a Sales Manager at ATMO®.

Isam Durović is currently enrolled in the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, where they are studying Management Information Systems, General. Prior to this, they attended Gimnazija Novi Pazar from 2016 to 2020. In 2018 and 2019, they participated in the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program, as well as Bethel Park High School, where they obtained High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
