Lexi Fuson

Lexi Fuson is a Corporate Counsel specializing in Litigation and Risk at Atmus Filtration Technologies since July 2023. Previously, Lexi served as an Associate at Faegre Drinker from February 2020 to July 2023, and at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from September 2016 to February 2020, focusing on product liability and mass tort cases for manufacturers of consumer and automotive products, as well as medical devices. Lexi's experience also includes a Summer Associate position at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where legal research and drafting tasks were performed, and a Law Clerk role at Cummins Inc., providing research and consultation in various legal areas. Early career experiences include a Compliance and Technical Assistance Internship at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and an Editorial Internship at Indianapolis Monthly Magazine. Lexi holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington.
