Maralu Macedo has extensive experience in customer service and administrative management. Currently serving as an Analista de atendimento ao cliente at Atmus Filtration Technologies since May 2018, Maralu previously held the position of Gerente administrativo at Global EPIs from February 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing the sales department, inventory replenishment, supplier development, and negotiation of prices and delivery timelines. Earlier experience includes working as an Analista de atendimento ao cliente at Luandre RH from February 2011 to June 2014, providing outsourced services for Cummins and supporting major manufacturers such as Scania, Ford, CNH, and Man. Maralu holds a degree from Universidade Guarulhos.
