Mrinmayee Pokharkar

Mrinmayee Pokharkar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project leadership in the filtration technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer - Technical Specialist at Atmus Filtration Technologies since November 2023, Mrinmayee previously contributed significantly to Cummins India from September 2015 to November 2023 as a Product Engineering Specialist, leading various New Product Introduction (NPI), Value Project Introduction (VPI), New Product Development (NPD), and Value Product Creation (VPC) projects focused on fuel and lube filter development. Mrinmayee's notable achievements include filing a patent for a Bottom Endplate with Air Vent for a Fuel Water Separator and leading six sigma projects in the same area. Earlier roles at Cummins included Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer, with contributions to the development of DEF filters and fuel filter designs.
