Vinoo Thomas

Vinoo Thomas is a highly experienced professional in the fields of business development and engineering, currently serving as a Board Member for Channels of Glory since February 2025 and as the Director Global OE Business at Atmus Filtration Technologies since October 2023, overseeing a >$500M global OE P&L and leading a 35-member team. Previous roles include Vice President at Belden Inc. where responsibilities included managing the Americas P&L for the Smart Buildings business and leading growth segments, and holding various leadership positions at Cummins Inc. from 2000 to 2020, where Vinoo transformed the EV powertrain business and spearheaded market innovation for the engine business. Vinoo began a career at Caterpillar Inc. as an Engineering Project Lead before obtaining an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
