Kathy Canterbury has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kathy started their career as a Tech Support Specialist at U-Haul International in 1986 and later worked as a Computer Operations staff at Arizona State University from 1992 to 1994. In 1996, they became an OSS Manager at Chariton Valley, where they successfully managed various OSS systems and led multiple billing system cycles. Kathy then joined FairPoint Communications in 2005 as a General Manager, responsible for overseeing plant operations, customer service, and business development. Kathy later transitioned to the role of Manager of Customer & Network Operations Planning at FairPoint Communications, where they led a team in evaluating and planning voice and data support systems. From 2009 to 2010, Kathy worked as a Business Analyst at Suddenlink Communications, where they identified business needs and implemented programs to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
