Ryan Anderson has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Ryan started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service representative at Alltel. In 2005, they joined Alltel again, this time as a LAN/Desktop Spec II, where they provided support for a complex network infrastructure and handled various network administrative tasks. In 2009, Ryan worked as a Technical Analyst at Verizon Wireless for a short period. Later that year, they became a Regional IT Manager at Penske Automotive Group, overseeing IT operations for over 900 users in multiple locations. In 2010, Ryan joined AWCC as a SR LAN Analyst, where they helped develop software and hardware inventory and configured software proxies for locations. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an IT Consultant at Penske Automotive Group, performing maintenance on Avaya and Televantage VOIP systems. Since 2014, Ryan has been working at ATN International, first as an SR LAN Analyst, and currently as the Manager of Sharepoint Systems. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining on-premises and transitioning to SharePoint Online, as well as helping teams utilize Office 365, AWS, and data analysis tools.
