Previously, Laurie held leadership roles such as VP of People at Netlify and Head of People & Places at Anki, Inc., where significant organizational growth was achieved. A proven expert in HR strategies, Laurie began a career in technical recruitment and has a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a double honors degree in English and Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan.
