Nadia Muijrers

Nadia Muijrers is the Head of Learning Design & Academy at ATÖLYE, where Nadia partners with organizations to design and deliver transformative learning programs. Nadia is also the Wellbeing + Burnout Coach and Founder at Alphard Consulting, focusing on stress management and resilience. With experience as a Multidisciplinary Consultant, Nadia specializes in organizational behavior, culture change, and innovation. As a lecturer at Arab Open University, Nadia taught courses in business and systems thinking. Previously, Nadia held roles in organizational change consulting, business development, and investments in various companies. Nadia holds degrees in International Development, MBA, and Political Science/Economics.
