Zayar Minn

Zayar Minn currently serves as the VP and Head of Managed Services at ATOM since September 2025. Prior to this role, Zayar held various positions at Ooredoo Myanmar, including Network Operations Senior Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing nationwide network operations and managing service level agreements. Zayar also worked as a Regional Network Manager at ananda livemore, focusing on outage management and vendor coordination, and had a significant role at Huawei Technologies as Power Access Team Leader. Earlier professional experiences included positions in sales management, service engineering, and technical specialties at Hewlett-Packard and Yokogawa. Zayar holds a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and completed GCE O Level at St. Augustine High School in Yangon, Myanmar.
