Arindam Paul is the Founding Member and Head of Marketing and Strategy at Atomberg. Arindam has over 6 years of experience in management consulting and digital marketing.

Arindam started their career as an intern at Pidilite Industries Limited, where they worked on a live project for the digital marketing strategy of the company. Arindam then joined Cognizant Business Consulting as a Consultant. At Cognizant, they were responsible for the digital transformation journey of a leading US insurer. Arindam created different maturity matrix models which helped clients gauge their existing processes and then act towards improving them. Arindam also worked closely with the onsite BD team by providing domain expertise while responding to RFPs. Arindam was part of several successful RFP responses with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $1mn.

Arindam then founded Atomberg, where they are responsible for the overall marketing and strategy of the company. Under their leadership, Atomberg has become one of the leading manufacturers of energy-efficient motors in India.

Arindam Paul completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Indian Institute of Management in Indore, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Arindam also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from NIT Surat. In addition, they have a certification from Google in Google Adwords.

Arindam Paul reports to Sibabrata Das, COO & Co-Founder. They work with Swapnil Saraf - Head Sourcing & Vendor Development, Nipun Agarwal - Head of Human Resources.
