Swapnil Saraf

Swapnil Saraf has a diverse range of work experience in strategic sourcing and vendor development. Swapnil currently serves as the Head of Sourcing & Vendor Development at Atomberg Technologies since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Strategic Sourcing Manager at Tork Motors Pvt Ltd from August 2018 to March 2020, where they were responsible for supplier exploration, evaluation, selection, and component development. Before that, they held the role of Deputy Manager Strategic Sourcing at Hero MotoCorp Ltd from August 2014 to August 2018, overseeing the development and cost settlement of new parts. Swapnil also served as a Purchase Manager at Tata Motors from February 2013 to August 2014, handling the procurement of raw materials. Their earlier role as Deputy Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra from July 2008 to January 2013 involved buying sheet metal, casting, and forging components, as well as inventory control and vendor management.

Swapnil Saraf completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University, JDIET; Yavatmal, and Javaharlal Darda Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lohara between 2004 and 2008.
