Alan Hernandez is an accomplished lighting and compositing professional with extensive experience in the visual effects and animation industries. Currently serving as the Lighting and Comp Head of Department and Computer Graphic Supervisor at Atomic Cartoons since March 2020, Alan has previously held significant roles at renowned companies such as Industrial Light & Magic as a Senior Lighting Technical Director and MPC as a Lead Lighting Technical Director. Alan's career began with various roles as a 3D Artist and Visual Effects Artist at companies including Goldtooth Creative, CIS Vancouver, and Technicolor. Alan holds a diploma in Visual Effects from the Art Institutes of Vancouver Burnaby, completed in 2005.
