Chloe McPhillips Rich

Vice President, Brand Strategy at ATOMIC

Chloe McPhillips Rich has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chloe started their career as an Associate Producer at MTV Networks in 2006 and worked in that role until 2007. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Producer, Program Enterprises at MTV Networks. Their responsibilities included coordinating video releases for VH1 and MTV on various platforms. In 2010, Chloe joined Independent Film Channel as a Production Manager, where they managed video content for IFC.com, the IFC YouTube channel, and Dailymotion channel. Chloe worked on popular series such as Portlandia and Onion News Network. In 2012, Chloe joined ATOMIC Design Inc as a Marketing Manager and later served as the Director of Brand Development & Marketing. Their role at ATOMIC involved developing and maintaining the company's brand, creating strategic brand messaging, and supervising marketing communications. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President, Brand Strategy at ATOMIC Design Inc, where they continue to oversee the company's branding and marketing efforts.

Chloe McPhillips Rich pursued their education in a diligent and focused manner. Chloe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television & Video, with minors in Photography and Psychology from Emerson College between 2002 and 2005. Years later, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills and enrolled in the Parsons School of Design - The New School. From 2018 to 2020, they successfully completed a Master of Science degree in Strategic Design and Management. Through these educational experiences, Chloe McPhillips Rich demonstrated their commitment to personal and professional growth.
