Micarla Sullivan

Micarla Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic consulting. As a Co-Founder of Atomic Innovation since July 2019, Micarla has also served as a Board Advisor for Profit Impact since January 2022. Micarla held the position of Head of Product (Acting) at Enferm from February to November 2023, and was an Engineering Lead at Babylon from August 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, Micarla’s prior roles include Head of Product (Acting) at MyPulse and Head of Product Operations (Acting) at Boson Protocol. Previous leadership experience includes Chief Product Officer at Kroo and various positions at Thoughtworks, GroupM, and CITEC. Micarla holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business from The University of Queensland.
