Sarah Hashemyan is the current Vice President of People Operations at Atomic. Sarah has over five years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Atomic for two years. Prior to their current role, Sarah was the HR Manager at Boosted Inc. and Shyp. At Boosted, they were responsible for all HR functions, including compensation benchmarking, employee coaching, conflict resolution, and benefits administration. Sarah also implemented new processes and policies that were in line with Boosted's values and mission. At Shyp, Sarah was responsible for onboarding and offboarding all employees, managing HR requests for all locations, and ensuring compliance with local and state laws. Sarah also managed both hourly and salary employees, provided manager training and coaching, and helped employees navigate through difficult conversations. Sarah has a strong knowledge of HR systems and is able to use ADP Workforce Now (HRIS/Payroll), Zenefits (HRIS), Gusto (Payroll), Lever (Recruiting), Lattice (OKRs and Performance Reviews), Concur (Expense Reports), and Bill.com (Invoice Approvals).
Sarah Hashemyan has a B.S. in Management and Sociology from the University of California, Merced. Sarah is currently pursuing their career in management and sociology.
