Carlos Agudelo has worked in various roles in the software development industry since 2014. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Developer at the University of Los Andes, where they developed web applications using the Grails Framework (Java). In 2018, they were a Software Engineer at PSL Corp - Software Development (International), and a Graduate Assistant at the University of los Andes. In 2021, they were a Software Developer at Bread and Ardan Labs, and in 2022 they are an Engineering at Atomic Invest. Carlos has also held roles as a TechLead, CPGs External API Team and Back-end Developer at Rappi from 2019-2021. In addition, they have served as a Teaching and Research Assistant and an Object Oriented Algorithmic and Programming Tutor at the University of Los Andes, where they have helped over 200 engineering students with coding problems using Java during more than 250 hours.
Carlos Agudelo has a diverse educational background. Carlos earned a Bachelor with emphasis in pedagogy from the Institución Educativa Escuela Normal Superior María Auxiliadora between 2006 and 2012. Carlos then went on to obtain a Systems and Computing Engineer degree from Universidad de Los Andes between 2013 and 2017. Most recently, Carlos earned a Software Engineering Magister degree from Universidad de Los Andes in 2020. Additionally, they obtained an EF Set English Certificate 86/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test in January 2020.
