Ludmila Capatina

Ludmila Capatina has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Ludmila started their career in 2005 as a Translator and office admin in a tourism agency called SGT, where they worked part-time until 2009. Ludmila then moved on to Slovenská sporiteľňa, where they worked as a part-time Translator in a bank from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Ludmila joined IBM and took on multiple roles, including Bid Manager and Team Leader in the Indirect Business/Pre-sales France team. At IBM, they led a team of 9 people, focused on reducing cycle time and improving bid quality. Ludmila also had responsibilities such as vacation planning, evening and weekend support planning, and workload distribution. Ludmila worked at IBM until 2013.
