Minoru Yahiro

Minoru Yahiro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Minoru most recently worked for Atomos as a QA Manager since November 2021. Prior to that, from February 2017 to December 2019, they served as the Japan R&D General Manager at Phase One. In this role, they managed the Lens Development Team and was responsible for developing lens products for a high-end medium format camera system. Minoru successfully launched seven new lens products in three years, reviving the product launch process that had been stagnant prior to their arrival.

Before joining Phase One, from August 2015 to January 2017, Minoru worked as the R&D Administrative Manager at DJI Japan. Additionally, from October 2013 to July 2015, they served as the Deputy General Manager of the Medical Devices & System Division at The Yoshida Dental MFG. Co., LTD. In this role, they oversaw the development, manufacturing, quality, and safety of medical products. Minoru led the Medical MRI development team and ensured the timely delivery of MRI systems to customers.

One of Minoru's earlier roles includes working at Eastman Kodak as a Project Manager from November 1998 to April 2012. In this position, they led multiple development projects, overseeing project schedules, costs, resources, and quality. Throughout their tenure, they successfully led 24 projects.
