Minoru Yahiro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Minoru most recently worked for Atomos as a QA Manager since November 2021. Prior to that, from February 2017 to December 2019, they served as the Japan R&D General Manager at Phase One. In this role, they managed the Lens Development Team and was responsible for developing lens products for a high-end medium format camera system. Minoru successfully launched seven new lens products in three years, reviving the product launch process that had been stagnant prior to their arrival.
