Younes Shabany

Younes Shabany is the VP of Mechanical Design & Operations at Atonarp. Younes has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry.

Shabany started their career at Flextronics in October 2004 as the Director of Engineering and Design & Thermal Architect. In this role, they managed thermal and mechanical design and technology development projects across multiple segments and business units. Younes also worked with multidisciplinary engineering teams on a variety of projects, such as high-power LED luminaires, highly concentrated photovoltaic solar modules, high performance computing units, and battery compartments for electric vehicles.

In December 2011, Shabany left Flextronics to join Atonarp as the VP of Mechanical Design & Operations. In this role, they are responsible for managing the mechanical design and production team, as well as interfacing with customers to provide design and manufacturing support. Younes has also been instrumental in developing innovative thermal-mechanical architectures for high power electronic systems.

Younes Shabany has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
