Anders Nyberg

Anders Nyberg has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Anders started their career as a Project Manager at BabyBjörn AB in 1999, where they were responsible for the development and production of BabyCarrier. Anders then worked at the Department of Industrial Design at TU Delft as a Visiting Research Fellow, conducting design research on product sound and representing BabyBjörn AB in European product standardization committees.

After that, Nyberg returned to BabyBjörn AB as the Head of Product Development. In this role, they built up a smaller team, increased product launch output at a lower cost, and expanded the product range into new commercially successful categories. Anders also integrated Product Management and Development under the same responsibility.

In 2006, Nyberg joined Trelleborg Protective Products AB as the Head of Quality. Anders then moved to Trelleborg Group, where they took on the role of Product Development Manager. Anders led a team and successfully completed 18 new product projects within the high-end diving and chemical suit segments. Their time at Trelleborg Group provided him with experience in business management, leadership, and technical areas such as manufacturing and polymer technologies.

In 2013, Nyberg joined Ansell as the Associate Director of New Product Development for Body Protection. In this role, they had global responsibility for product development in Ansell's strategic Protective Clothing segment. Anders developed the product portfolio, including high-end diving and chemical suits, and integrated a Brazilian NPD team from a company acquisition. Their experience at Ansell also gave him valuable experience working within an international matrix organization.

Most recently, Nyberg has been at Atos Medical since 2018. Anders started as the Senior Project Manager in Innovation and is currently the Head of Global Project Management in Innovation.

Anders Nyberg holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Kommunikation och ledarskap" from Dale Carnegie Sweden in 2015.
