Carlos E. K. Ihlenfeld

Carlos E. K. Ihlenfeld serves as the General Manager for Atos Group in the United States since June 2021. Previously, Carlos worked as a Business Consultant from October 2019 to May 2021, assisting European companies with strategy development and implementation in the Carolinas. Carlos was the General Manager of THALETEC GmbH from April 2017 to September 2019, overseeing operations for THALETEC USA Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Prior to that, Carlos held various leadership roles at Bosch Rexroth, including Director of Business Development and Director of Corporate Strategy, contributing to strategic planning and execution across multiple regions in the Americas. Carlos's career began at Mannesmann AG in 1990, progressing from an R&D engineer to senior sales management positions. Carlos holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an EMBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, along with degrees in Business/Managerial Economics and Electrical Engineering.
