Ana Ribas

Ana Ribas has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning and development. At Atos, from July 2018 to January 2025, Ana served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, overseeing a team of eight analysts and two interns across Brazil and Argentina while implementing key development initiatives aligned with company strategy. Ana also held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included mapping training needs and conducting salary reviews. Previously, Ana worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Unify, managing recruitment processes across multiple sectors, and as a Human Resources Consultant at GI GROUP RH, responsible for search and selection processes. Ana began the career as a Human Resources Analyst at GD9 Recursos Humanos, where duties included preparation of psychological reports and monitoring vacancies.
