Ana Ribas

Ana Ribas serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Atos since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team and driving human talent development to align with company strategy, executing training needs analysis, and enhancing talent management initiatives. Previously, Ana held roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Recruitment at Atos, contributing to various HR processes and employee engagement strategies. Ana's extensive experience in human resources began as a Human Resources Consultant at GI GROUP RH and continued at Unify, supporting various business areas and leading HR project implementations. Ana holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Business Management and Finance, as well as leadership courses from the University of Cambridge and Harvard Business School Online.
