Kenneth Starskov

Kenneth Starskov, MMAS, has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Kenneth is currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office Region Europe at tesa, where they oversee a strategic organization transformation project. In this role, they are responsible for transitioning business enabling functions to a true European organization and implementing up-to-date processes and IT-tools. Kenneth also holds the position of Head of Facility Management Europe at tesa.

Prior to their current positions at tesa, Kenneth worked as the HUB Manager North-West Europe, covering the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordic countries. In this role, they focused on organizational development, change management, and improving strategic efficiency through multiple Europe-wide projects.

Before joining tesa, Kenneth gained significant experience in the military sector. Kenneth served as the Head of Section and Head of the Executive Office at Special Operations Command Denmark. Additionally, they held various roles in the Danish Defence, including Head of Section - strategic planner, Strategic Planner - Staff officer, and Army Officer. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing training, curriculum development, budgets, operations, crises management, and international cooperation.

Kenneth started their career as a Matematisk student at Stenhus Gymnasium, Holbæk. Kenneth holds a Master of Military Art and Science (MMAS) degree.

Kenneth Starskov, MMAS, has a comprehensive education history in various military and leadership fields. Kenneth obtained a Master of Military Arts and Science degree in Operational Art and Military Strategy from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), U.S. Army in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Military Art and Science degree in General Studies and Intermediate Level Education (ILE), with a focus on Advanced Military and Operational Studies, at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in 2012.
