Delyana Racheva

Delyana Racheva currently serves as the Global Strategic Hiring Head at Atos, leading senior leadership recruitment globally and managing a team of over 20 Strategic Recruiters. Prior to this role, Delyana held the position of Global Recruitment Head for the FSI Industry and Strategic Hiring Lead at The Coca-Cola Company and worked as a Senior Recruiter in the EMEA region under contract with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Delyana's extensive experience in executive recruiting includes a role as Executive Recruiter for Global Executive Recruiting at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, sourcing talent for Director and VP level positions while focusing on diversity metrics. Earlier career milestones include serving as Associate Recruiter in Global Talent Acquisition at HP and Senior Manager overseeing Executive Search and Selection services at KPMG Bulgaria. Delyana’s career began in project coordination at World Learning and as a Projects Assistant at The British Council. Delyana holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
