Erica Myers BSBME, BSED, PTA, CHTS-PW has extensive experience in healthcare IT and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Client Delivery Executive and Service Delivery Director at Atos since December 2015, Erica supports client hosting regions, facilitates communication between clients and Atos, and oversees service delivery escalations. Previous roles include Clinical Application Analyst II-EMR at University Hospitals of Cleveland, managing revenue cycle operations, as well as various IT consultant positions focusing on healthcare systems at Leidos and North Shore-LIJ Health System. Erica began the career as a Physical Therapist Assistant in multiple rehabilitation settings and holds degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Sports Medicine, and Physical Therapy.
