Karolina Biesek

Karolina Biesek is an experienced professional in marketing and employer branding, currently serving as the Employer Branding Team Leader at Atos since September 2022. Prior to this role, Karolina accumulated extensive experience at Flex from October 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included positions as a Marketing & PR Specialist, Junior Marketing & PR Specialist, Marketing Assistant, and Trainee. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Clerk at Provident Polska from March 2013 to August 2014. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Gdansk, along with postgraduate studies in Brand Management and Social Media and Integrated Internet Marketing from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk. An undergraduate degree in Tourism and Recreation with a specialization in Management in Hospitality and Gastronomy was earned from Wyższa Szkoła Turystyki i Hotelarstwa w Gdańsku.
