Nadia Hagenova

Nadia Hagenova is an accomplished recruitment and employer branding professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding at CROMA-PHARMA since November 2020, Nadia previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at Talentor Austria and a Senior Talent Acquisition & Staffing Business Partner at Novartis. With a long tenure at ISG International Service Group from 2008 to April 2019, Nadia specialized in executive search across the CEE region in sectors such as industrial production and automotive. Earlier in the career, Nadia was a Senior Project Manager at the Institute for International Research, where over 60 conferences were developed, focusing on the automotive and industrial production sectors.
