Osborne Pereira is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience leading recruitment and HR shared services. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of HR Shared Services at Atos since March 2015, Osborne manages over 425 HR professionals across two hubs and oversees the largest HR operation in the Balkans. Previous roles include Group Head of Recruitment at Atos, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Mindtree, and Founder & Director at Mukaam Consulting, where strategic hiring solutions were provided for IT companies.
