Mustafa Oezkoek

Mustafa Oezkoek has over 25 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, currently serving as Global Product Manager for Panel/Pattern Plating at Atotech Group since January 2006. In this role, Mustafa manages a complex product portfolio focusing on electrolytic copper and tin plating processes and develops strategic marketing concepts. Previously, Mustafa held positions including Director of Semiconductor Chemistry Manufacturing, where oversight of manufacturing processes and product quality was key, and Global Product Manager for Selective Finishing, managing IC-substrate and PCB surface finish processes. Earlier experience includes serving as OEM Manager Europe, fostering relationships with key industry players, and as a Quality Manager at Schweizer Electronic AG, enhancing product quality through optimized complaint management processes. Mustafa holds a Diploma in Process Engineering from Fachhochschule Furtwangen and an Abitur in Math, Physics, and Chemistry from Technisches Gymnasium Rottweil.
