Pia Offenberger

Pia Offenberger has a diverse work experience across different industries and roles. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Pia then joined act Management Consulting as a Consultant, where they coordinated project implementation and ran meetings for client projects in the public and non-profit sector. In 2011, they transitioned to Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, initially serving as a Managing Consultant, where they managed multiple projects simultaneously for major European businesses across various industries. Pia later became a Senior Project Manager, advising clients on improving their controlling processes and tools. In 2017, they joined Atotech Group as the Corporate Controlling Manager, responsible for managing multiple improvement projects in the CFO area and coordinating the work of cross-functional project teams. In 2020, they became the Head of Administration at the German International School Boston. Currently, they hold the role of Finance Process Excellence Lead at Atotech an MKS Brand.

Pia Offenberger completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in the years 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university between 2000 and 2005. In 2003, Pia attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid for a brief period, studying Business Administration and Management, General, but did not obtain a degree from there.
