Michael Russell is a seasoned professional tennis coach currently serving as a private coach for ATP player Taylor Fritz and as the ATP Cup Captain for Team USA. Russell is the owner of Michael Russell Tennis, providing tennis and fitness training, coaching, consulting, and mentoring since October 2015. As a commentator for the US Open, Russell has covered multiple tournaments for ESPN3/DIRECTV/World Feed since 2014. Previously, Russell held the position of Player Development National Coach at the United States Tennis Association, working with notable players such as Frances Tiafoe and Ryan Harrison.
