Michele Fallon Ingram

Michele Fallon Ingram is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Point of Care. Michele has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Ms. Ingram began their career as an account manager at Aetna in 1995. In this role, they were responsible for resolving daily and/or escalated issues by serving as main point of contact for physician offices. Michele also managed annual contract renewal and service activities related to enrollment, reporting, operations, and payment. In addition, they collaborated with customers, sales personnel, external and internal vendors, and insurance review boards. Ms. Ingram offered practice management solutions and initiated process improvements to better serve customers.

In 1997, Ms. Ingram left Aetna to join Projects In Knowledge Powered by Kaplan. Michele spent two years at the company before joining Point of Care in 1999.

Michele Fallon Ingram's educational career began at Voorhees High School. Michele then attended the University of Richmond, where they studied biology and health.
