Elizabeth Chavez

Elizabeth Chavez is a Recruiter Trainer at ATR International. Elizabeth has also worked as an intern at Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA, LLC. from August 2016 to May 2017.

Elizabeth has revamped the training process used company wide at ATR International. Elizabeth has also conducted audits of HR processes and files, and created training effectiveness surveys.

At Safran Electronics & Defense, Elizabeth prepared new hire orientation packets and paperwork, performed wage analysis, assisted employees with inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, MRP system, and other company policies. Elizabeth also processed 1-9 verifications and assisted with the process involving employee annual reviews and merit increases.

Elizabeth Chavez has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
