Felice de Falco

Felice De Falco has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Felice began their career at Atitech S.p.A., where they served as Senior Buyer and Planner for over 13 years. In this role, they ensured the availability of spares within the company's budget and service level while performing analysis and reviewing supplier performance. Felice then joined AAR Corp as a Program Manager - ATC, focusing on managing inventory and building relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities. Afterward, Felice worked at ATR, first as a Contracts Director and later as a Program Manager, responsible for maximizing aircraft maintenance support efforts and providing alternative solutions during critical paths. Felice then joined Avions de Transport Regional (EADS/Finmeccanica) as Sales Director - Customer Services, where they successfully penetrated the highly competitive aircraft components maintenance services arena. Currently, Felice holds the position of Customer Support Director at ATR - Avions de Transport Régional, serving as the focal point for both internal and external customers for product support matters. Felice assists clients in representing their best interests and sets up dedicated action plans to address specific concerns.
