Felice De Falco has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Felice began their career at Atitech S.p.A., where they served as Senior Buyer and Planner for over 13 years. In this role, they ensured the availability of spares within the company's budget and service level while performing analysis and reviewing supplier performance. Felice then joined AAR Corp as a Program Manager - ATC, focusing on managing inventory and building relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities. Afterward, Felice worked at ATR, first as a Contracts Director and later as a Program Manager, responsible for maximizing aircraft maintenance support efforts and providing alternative solutions during critical paths.
