Jonathan Kay

Jonathan Kay possesses extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Head of Human Resources at Atrato Group since May 2022. Prior to Atrato Group, Jonathan held the position of Director at Orestone Rock, where the focus was on supporting entrepreneurial ventures. Jonathan also contributed significantly to recruitment strategies as Head of Resourcing at Parabis Group, a prominent legal service organization. Other roles include Senior Consultant at Chadwick Nott, Consultant at Hughes-Castell, Manager of Search Legal at Search Consultancy, Practice Manager at 2 Temple Gardens, Clerk to Chambers at Chichester Chambers, and Barristers Clerk at 11 Stone Buildings. Jonathan holds a BA Hons in English & Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick.
